Owner Sue Cleere combines a love of technology and photography with a passion for training and customer service. She’s a firm believer in making technology work for the individual the way they want it to work.

“I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals one-on-one, finding solutions to their question about their computer, phone, TV – any device. An added bonus is working with individuals to organize their digital photos or help put their photos online to share with family and friends.”

A graduate of Arizona State University, she began her working life as a newspaper photographer and caught the technology bug. She continues to be an avid photographer.

Sue was recognized for her project management skills, helping lead a team that introduced innovative tools and website multi-media advances for the online division of Cox Enterprises, a diversified, privately held Atlanta-based company. Previously, Sue provided technology training for staff and customer support at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. 

Jan Suchomski
Digital Concierge

Digital Concierge Jan Suchomski has a diverse background in business, marketing, and technology and considers herself a “professional learner.” Wherever she found herself, she was consistently charged with finding, leading, implementing and teaching technology solutions.

“My inherent curiosity and passion to learn and teach has always been recognized. Throughout my career, I’ve been asked to troubleshoot, teach and train technology – from teaching Windows when it was brand new, to troubleshooting email programs to everything in between. This just comes intuitively for me. And the best part about this is the look of relief, appreciation and ahas!”

A graduate of Southern Illinois University, she has more than 30 years of marketing plan development and implementation, strategic & business planning, finance, project management, technology, professional coaching and training experience. Jan most recently served as Director of Marketing for GovDirections.

ELLEN KENNERLY
MEDIA MAVEN

Ellen Kennerly is the Swiss army knife of communications. Her experience includes extensive work in digital and print design, writing, editing and strategy, largely at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She now works as a freelance writer and designer with various national firms and with small businesses where she brings all those skillsets together to write, edit and design effective websites, social media, newsletters and more — creating content across various communication platforms.  

Barbara Senftleber
Solutions specialist

Barbara Senftleber, a retired journalist, handles less technical assignments and the administrative needs of She’s Wired.

Retired from Cox Media Group after years of editing and project management at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and reporting and editing at the Miami Herald, Barbara helps She’s Wired clients with newsletters and social media, general organization and special projects.

ANNE PAPPAS
Solutions specialist

Anne is our newest Solutions Specialist. Her background working with firms ranging from software development to communications to customer care will enhance our ability to meet client needs quickly and effectively.

Anne built a career around translating "tech speak" from coders at a software firm into language that business users could understand and enjoyed working as a trainer and coach. When she's not working, "I'm making a mess with paper and ink." She loves creating greeting cards and art journaling. "It's my joy," she says.

After working with She's Wired for a little more than a month, she has become a big fan of our clients. "She’s Wired has got the best customers I have ever come in contact with in my entire life," she says. They are "top-notch!"

Anne is married and has two rescue dogs — River and Sherman — and two cats, Marley and Biddy.
