She's Wired Remote Access Program 2020
Remote support for those working from home and those being schooled at home has become vitally important as Shelter in Place is enacted here and elsewhere. The She's Wired Remote Access Program is available to help you and your family. And for the months of April and May, we are offering a reduced rate.
For those who join or renew their Remote Access Plan for the regular annual fee of $200 before April 1, the hourly rate for additional support time will drop from $125 per hour to $100. (Thank you to those who have already renewed or joined! You already have this discount.) The reduced rate will be effective through May 31, 2020 (for two months).
Under the annual plan, you will receive 15 minutes of remote technical assistance whenever you need it. The goal is to help clients with a simple question or to help those who need a little assistance with their devices — including computers, iPhones, iPads, printers, TVs, etc. — so you can keep working or learning without having to wait for an onsite appointment.
How does the plan work?
The annual fee of $200 covers up to 3 computers (Apple or Windows) for your home or business.
We are able to remotely access your computers when you request our help.
After we install software on your computer, you do not need to be at the computer for us to assist. But the computer must be on and accessible via the internet for us to help.
Remote access lets us control your computer, use the mouse, launch software, run diagnostics and see the issues you see.
Any session lasting longer than 15 minutes will be billed at $100 per hour through May 31, 2020. Starting June 1, 2020, our rate returns to $125 per hour.
If you wish to renew or join our Remote Access Plan, please email wecanhelp@sheswired.com before April 1. We will send you an invoice for payment by check or cash.
If you have any questions about the She’s Wired Remote Access Plan, please call 404-935-9614 or email us at wecanhelp@sheswired.com.
We look forward to helping you in the future.
Thanks,
The She’s Wired Team
