Windows/PC - Windows 10 support is coming to a close next year. Specifically on Oct 14, 2025, Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 10. It's time to think about an upgrade to Windows 11 and determine whether your computer is compatible. If you are still using Windows 10, it’s time to get ready to make the change to Windows 11. Apple/Macs - Apple has been making a splash with announcements about new computers lately. If you're ready for a new iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air or even the new Mac Mini (my personal favorite), check out the latest Apple offerings, many include new AI capability and faster processing. Also, make sure your Mac is backing up, so you’re ready to upgrade your Macs to the MacOS Sequoia in the new year. Read More . . .

Password Management - The number one issue our clients talk about is the difficulty dealing with Password management. A recent trend in using Passkeys instead of Passwords is on the rise. Apple, Microsoft and Google are offering this option which is more secure than using a simple password. She’s Wired will be coming out with a guide to Passkeys and how you can make the change in 2025.
AI (Artificial Intelligence) - The acronym AI has become ubiquitous. I think it’s possible that my left pinky toe may have AI capability! That being said, AI has a long way to go and grow. While we want to use caution with how much AI may be learning about us, I do believe it’s important to try it out. Check out Gemini by Google. It can help create graphics based on your words or take an entire proposal and boil it down into the highlights for you. OpenAI or ChatGPT is another AI option. Type in a question and see what you get back. As always, take what you get back from an AI with a grain of salt and always check other sources for accuracy.
